This Policy applies to all bookings made with Pascal Media through our website or WhatsApp. By paying your deposit or full booking amount, you agree to the terms below.
To secure your booking, a minimum 50% downpayment of the total package cost is required upfront via MMG. You may also pay the full 100% at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
Eligible Refunds — More than 48 Hours' Notice
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled date and time, you are eligible for a refund of your deposit or full payment.
MMG Processing Fee Deduction
MMG merchant transactions incur processing fees. All eligible refunds will have a small MMG transaction processing fee deducted from the final payout amount. The exact deduction will be communicated to you before the refund is issued.
Ineligible Refunds — Less than 48 Hours' Notice
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booked date and time, your payment becomes completely non-refundable. You may still cancel your slot to free up availability, but no funds will be returned.
You may reschedule your booking to any new available date at any time, without losing your deposit. Your paid funds transfer directly to the new date. No additional processing fees apply to rescheduled bookings.
If unsafe weather prevents drone operations in compliance with GCAA regulations, the aerial portion of your shoot will be rescheduled at no additional cost or credited toward a future booking. No refund is issued for weather-related cancellations if ground photography was successfully completed.
By submitting a booking through our website or WhatsApp and completing payment, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.
