This Agreement is made between Pascal Media ("Service Provider") and the Client for professional real estate media services in Guyana. By booking our services you agree to be bound by the terms below.
Pascal Media agrees to provide videography, photography, and aerial drone services as selected in the Client's booking package, for the specified property address and scheduled time.
The Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the selected package. Payment is due prior to or on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in Guyanese Dollars (GYD).
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a 25% convenience fee. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not be charged.
Properties are filmed "as-is." The Client must ensure the property is staged, clean, and accessible before the crew arrives. Delays caused by on-site preparation may result in reduced shooting time or additional fees.
All drone operations comply with GCAA (Guyana Civil Aviation Authority) regulations. If unsafe weather prevents drone flight, the aerial portion will be rescheduled or credited. No refund is issued for weather if ground photography was completed.
Edited media is delivered via a secure digital link within 2 to 3 business days of the shoot. Rush delivery may be available on request and may attract an additional fee.
Pascal Media retains full copyright of all produced media. The Client receives a licence for marketing the specified property only. Media may not be resold or transferred to third parties without prior written consent.
Pascal Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
By submitting a booking through our website or WhatsApp, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.
