All cinematic video tours, aerial drone footage, HDR photography, virtual walkthroughs, floor plans, and digital marketing materials produced and provided by Pascal Media are created strictly for promotional and illustrative real estate marketing purposes. None of the visual assets, measurements, or data provided on this website or in delivered client packages constitute an official property appraisal, structural inspection, architectural blueprint, or legal boundary survey. Prospective buyers, tenants, and interested parties are solely responsible for conducting independent physical inspections and verifying all property details with qualified professionals.
While Pascal Media utilises professional high-dynamic-range (HDR) imaging, specialised lighting, and precise editing techniques to capture real estate listings at their highest quality, we do not guarantee that the digital media represents an exact, absolute match to real-world visual perceptions or structural dimensions. Pascal Media assumes no responsibility or liability for any changes to a property's physical condition, surrounding environment, neighbourhood layout, or infrastructure that occur after the scheduled media production date.
All unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV/Drone) operations conducted by Pascal Media are strictly subject to favourable local weather conditions, airspace safety restrictions, and regulatory compliance guidelines enforced within the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. Pascal Media reserves the right to cancel, modify, or limit aerial drone coverage at any moment during a shoot if environmental conditions — such as high winds, rain, or interference — or local regulations pose a risk to public safety, equipment stability, or property integrity.
It is the sole responsibility of the hiring client — the listing agent, brokerage agency, or property owner — to ensure that the designated location is clean, thoroughly prepared, and safe for media production prior to our team's arrival. Pascal Media operators will not move heavy furniture, handle valuable personal belongings, clean spaces, or clear debris. Pascal Media accepts no liability for physical property damages, omissions of specific rooms, or incomplete media packages resulting from an unprepared, cluttered, or unsafe environment.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate, signed commercial contract, Pascal Media retains full copyright ownership and intellectual property rights over all raw and edited media files generated during production. Upon receiving full invoice payment, the hiring client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable media licence to utilise the assets solely for marketing the designated listing. This licence immediately expires once the listing is sold, rented, or when the listing agreement is terminated. Media files may not be resold, gifted, re-licensed, or transferred to any third party — including subsequent listing agents, homeowners, developers, or interior design firms — without express written authorisation and a separate licensing agreement from Pascal Media.
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, Pascal Media, its owners, and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to loss of real estate sales, delayed listings, missed closing windows, or broken client contracts — arising directly or indirectly out of the use of, or inability to use, the media assets provided on this website or delivered directly to the client.
